Current Open Positions:

We are looking for a Strategic Partnership Associate to help grow our partnerships! You will work directly with client-partners to establish new partners in new verticals on centsai.com. As a member of a rapidly growing and fast paced team, you will be responsible for strategizing, locating, developing and setting appointments with potential partners. This position is an integral part of the sales and marketing Lead-to-Revenue stream and initiates the relationship between our company and new partnerships.

Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience prospecting for new partners in various industries. The ideal candidate is a problem solver. You may not have all the answers but you work hard to figure it out. The ideal candidate is a self-starter able to identify and develop leads and opportunities from multiple sources including discovery, social media tactics and individual research. Out of the box thinking is a plus!

Requirements:
Enthusiasm for working in a small company/startup environment Experienced in B2B sales and partnership building Ability to set and achieve targets and goals A dynamic “hunter” personality with a drive to reach decision makers Basic understanding of online acquisition through PPC, email and other affiliate channels. Internship Program:

CentSai is looking for an undergraduate who is majoring in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Advertising. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and basic knowledge of web, advertising, journalism, website technologies, and social media.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with social media engagement by helping manage our social channels.
  • Draft and edit copy for social channels and articles to be posted.
  • Monitor social media web analytics and provide reports of growth and other activities.
  • Assist in the ongoing development of social media and marketing strategies for CentSai to better understand how to develop such materials.
  • Source images related to articles and special requests.
  • Provide support to the marketing staff.
  • Engage with marketing teams on a regular basis to brainstorm ideas for new and innovative marketing and social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Work primarily in the social channels relevant to CentSai
  • Design images for various purposes to be created using applicable software and utilizing branded images and templates already created.

This is an internship that is for college credit. We will consider offering a paid internship to people who demonstrate hard work and commitment the following semester.

This role requires someone who has a great interest in digital marketing/ advertising and wishes to further gain knowledge and experience in this area. The ideal candidate will be creative and independent with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role will allow the intern to express their own ideas and to work independently on some projects. The SEO and Site Traffic Intern’s primary purpose is to help the leadership team understand the success rate we are having from our marketing campaigns and to work with the content and technology teams to improve the overall site SEO.

In addition, the Strategist plays a role in several reporting and analysis-related tasks, assists leadership and other team members to understand the data collected, and works to ensure that the overall number of site visitors increases.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Work on SEO initiatives including on-site optimizations, keyword analysis, web content development, site auditing and competitive analysis
  • Develop on-page and off-page techniques, including link-building, social media strategy, viral marketing, metadata sculpting, site speed optimization, content strategy, information architecture, implementing approved SEO changes in the CMS and more
  • Managing PPC campaigns, including keyword generation, ad copy writing, creative and landing page testing, budget management, tracking, reporting and analyzing
  • Design search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting on company projects

Centsai is looking for a for-credit editorial intern to assist us with daily editorial tasks. If you rock your first internship, we will offer you a paid internship the following semester.

We are a growing platform that explains personal finance in a fun way. Think about all the irreverent ways you can talk about money with the addition of strong journalism skills. Add some education and you have the formula for a great article. You would become familiar with all our verticals and help the editors research, select, pitch and write stories across all subject areas that interest you and fit our mission. Interns also help review and select photos and other elements to accompany stories on our site.

You are someone who

  • Works hard in a fast-paced environment
  • Has good instincts for what readers find interesting
  • Have experience editing and packaging stories for publication
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrable fact-checking skills
  • Familiarity with digital and social media

Copyediting skills and light HTML and Photoshop experience help, as does experience managing a blog. You should be a voracious reader who is eager to learn the ins and outs of a digital newsroom.
