I’m a business success coach and serial entrepreneur, who has been pushing businesses forward for over two decades. After bootstrapping, growing, and selling my last venture, Butter Beans Kitchen (NYU Berkley Center Business Plan Competition 2009, winner; Inc 5000, 2015 and 2017), I’ve taken my skills to controller services, consulting and coaching business owners, founders and entrepreneurs. I work with businesses in multiple industries and at various points within growth cycles. I empower founders at various stages by demystifying how business works, helping them solve daily challenges, make confident business decisions, and grow their businesses while staying true to their vision and goals. My entrepreneurial spirit was fostered through work in corporations including roles in product development; project management; and small business lending with BB&T Bank, Moody’s Investors Service, and BDO Seidman. I earned my BSBA from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and my MBA from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business; I also attended ESSEC in Cergy, France. I grew up on a farm in North Carolina, harvesting and selling fresh vegetables, and now live in Brooklyn with my husband and two children.
