Is it advisable to get a part-time job or multiple part time jobs after college instead of one full-time job? Is freelancing sustainable?

Like Melanie said, it definitely depends on what works best for you. I was always told that you earn less working two part-time jobs than one full-time job, and I have definitely found that to be the case. At the same time, it might be helpful to have a full or part-time job while you grow your freelance business until you can sustain yourself.

I've been in both situations. When I had several part-time jobs, I longed for consistent hours and benefits. Now that I'm FT freelance, I couldn't go back :) Look at what you want, and know you can always try something new. In some cases, having multiple jobs may be more stable than one job. But it can also be exhausting. Try out various situations and see what is right for you.
