If anyone could answer this question they would be as rich as God. I cannot help at all. Though I can tell you most people lose money with stock trading. Instead, invest in something you can control. Or get a nice and quiet mutual fund.

Buying/selling individual stocks is tough, but the first thing I would look for is whether or not a stock is significantly leading or trailing the sector benchmark. This is a good indication that a stock is either under/over valued. Read the latest few releases from the company. If a company is struggling with cash flow, you may want to dump the stock, or if their price seems to outpace their fundamentals. The best investors set stop limitsto prevent downside and use those to dictate selling. http://www.marketwatch.com/story/three-simple-rules-for-buying-stock-1321550050338
